Job Title: Operations Supervisor- Financial/ Collections

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals, responsible for managing various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Oversee work allocation, performance coaching, and feedback.
  • Conduct day-to-day administration of professionals.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Team/People Management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • US Mortgage Process Knowledge and Experience.
  • Strong Background and Experience in managing high-profile Customer Service accounts with Upselling as a Metric.
  • Should have managed CSAT, AHT, Quality, etc.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
