Job Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Architect with extensive expertise in Revit and 3ds Max, responsible for creating innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements and project goals.

  • Develop and execute complex architectural design concepts, ensuring seamless integration of technical requirements and creative vision
  • Design and create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce high-quality, visually striking 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee design integrity and project feasibility
  • Conduct site visits to verify that designs are being implemented according to plans and industry standards
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technological advancements to inform design decisions
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones
  • Maintain accurate records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating comprehensive construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality, photorealistic 3D models and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
  • Creative and innovative design approach with a keen sense of aesthetics and spatial awareness
  • Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects
Preferred Skills and Attributes
  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations
