We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Data Specialist/Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex datasets for efficient data management and analysis.

  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to executives, including scheduling, documentation, and communication facilitation.
  • Assist in workflow automation to enhance business processes through database-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate tasks and track progress.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
