Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions providing clear insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning and project timelines.

Requirements

You must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role preferably within construction or related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel Power BI and SQL.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
