We're seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Applications group, you will work closely with business partners and technology architects to deliver high-quality enterprise applications that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process gaps and goals, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Partner with internal teams to define system requirements and solutions, and participate in systems implementation projects.
  • Provide technical expertise to business stakeholders on finance enterprise applications, and identify potential solutions to complex problems.
Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to business processes and systems, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives to ensure timely resolution of production support issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve finance production support issues, and engage in other areas of finance such as Security, Compliance (SOX), Reporting, Production.
  • Support delivery of reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities through partnership with IT and Business.
  • Ensure training and timely communications in accordance with project timelines, and lead data management and migration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing.
  • Experience in JavaScript or any other programming language, and SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
  • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly, and document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have strong interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
