Corporate Administration Role

Key responsibilities for this position include providing exceptional corporate secretarial administration services to clients. This includes drafting resolutions, preparing minutes for general meetings and maintaining statutory books.

Additional duties involve supporting clients by sending reminders on deadlines, generating documents and forms, and delivering client reporting and information accurately and on time.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
  • At least 4 years relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing service operations, multiple clients, and client deliverables
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills
