Job Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management, with strong familiarity with major social platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for creating social content, excellent communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and tone of voice, and enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.

This is an associate-level position, requiring 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
  • Create eye-catching visuals, short-form posts, and simple video content to promote services.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to grow an active community.
  • Support community-building initiatives in niche industry spaces (iGaming, crypto, fintech businesses).
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Partnerships team to align messaging with business goals.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives.
Requirements
  • Associate-level position (1-2 years of experience).
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.
Preferred Qualifications
