Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Professional to lead our global social media efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
  • Community Engagement: Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A performance-driven attitude with a hunger and thirst for results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, work ethic, judgement and keen attention to detail.
