Job Description

A Paid Media Specialist is required to manage and execute social media advertising campaigns.

About the Role

This role involves working with a digital marketing team to set up ads, manage client communications, and optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major paid platforms, excellent organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
  • Prepare proofs, screenshots, and review documents for client and internal approval.
  • Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs, screenshots, campaign records).
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
