Client Insights Manager

As a forward-thinking Senior Client Insights Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by partnering with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain tailored analytical frameworks. Your expertise in data-driven storytelling will enable you to deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable analytical solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain robust dashboards and cohort trackers to reveal commercial levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability and customer segments to inform strategic decision-making
  • Deliver compelling narratives that translate data into actionable insights
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing analytics skills and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on client-facing work
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience extracting and transforming large datasets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting insights to external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech or financial services
  • Familiarity with cloud-native data environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimental design
