Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges, applying a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve strategy, performance, and operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

• Lead complex client engagements across industries and problem statements.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology to unlock value.
• Manage senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive success.
• Act as a trusted advisor and promote enthusiasm for Mastercard's solutions.

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Guide teams through complex problem solving to business-focused solutions.
• Motivate teams to deliver high-quality results and foster an inclusive environment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, develop solutions, and build intellectual capital.
• Lead training, coaching, and mentorship for team members.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Experience leading large, strategic engagements and senior client relationships.
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Strong problem-solving, numerical analysis, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Legal eligibility to work and travel as required.

Preferred qualifications

• Industry-specific expertise.
• MBA or relevant master's degree (not required).
