Job Overview

Primer is seeking a skilled Brand and Visual Designer to join its team. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the company's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually appealing and consistent brand assets across digital and print channels.

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver high-quality assets quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain Primer's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Develop and manage brand asset libraries in Figma and Canva, ensuring easy access for teams.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver assets that meet specifications.

  • Manage production of printed materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments to continuously improve Primer's visual brand.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or visual design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Canva, as well as other design tools.

  • Experience managing production from concept to final delivery, including printed work.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working in a remote environment.
