Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to take on a challenging role in creating innovative visual content.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
- Create designs that drive engagement and conversions in online retail environments, considering customer journeys and sales funnels.
- Utilize illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting, to produce high-quality visuals.
- Apply strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition to create cohesive visual identities.
- Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva, as well as familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo for storefront asset design and optimisation.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
- Demonstrate proven ability to collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
- Showcase adaptability in designing across multiple channels, including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
- Exhibit excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
