Senior Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.
This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a talented group of industry leaders who have successfully scaled businesses in the past.
Key Responsibilities:- Create visual identity assets for clients including marketing collateral, website layouts, and digital content.
- Develop branding guidelines and visual standards for construction and property development projects.
- Design and maintain websites, landing pages, and digital assets in line with client branding and UX principles.
- Produce engaging digital content optimised for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as core; After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD/Figma advantageous).
- Strong eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing websites and landing pages.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web asset preparation.
