Job Description:
A Brand Designer plays a pivotal role in creating exceptional visual content that aligns with clients' brand strategies and objectives. This dynamic opportunity involves engaging in all aspects of the design process, from concept development to delivering polished, high-quality visuals that resonate across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cohesive brand identities, including original logos, typography, color schemes, and style guidelines tailored to client needs.
  • Create and edit diverse visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, and various platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines.
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat, as well as Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides for effective design and presentation.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand requests, set realistic expectations, and deliver exceptional designs.
  • Work with Art Directors, Production Coordinators, and Quality Specialists to maintain workflow efficiency and project success.
  • Translate client ideas into visually compelling, original designs that meet branding and messaging goals.
  • Ensure designs meet client specifications and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A current portfolio showcasing comprehensive experience in branding projects, including ideation, logo design, and implementation across diverse formats, with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
  • Advanced skills in conceptual design, typography, page layout, and graphic design for print, interactive, and broadcast projects.
  • Keen attention to detail and thorough understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of branding.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate brand guidelines and the rationale behind them.
