Senior AI Full-Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will focus on building and deploying full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality.

  • Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Work independently, while syncing with team lead and the broader product team.
  • Owning your output and maintaining momentum across 4–6 sprint cycles

You've seen what it takes to ship features in fast-paced, distributed environments. You value clarity, autonomy, and clear ownership. You don't need micromanagement—and you communicate well enough to make async work feel seamless.

You're a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments
