Senior Project Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our US-based team in designing, implementing, and refining project management processes.

  • This role requires expertise in workflow creation and process optimization for remote teams, as well as experience with No-Code automation tools like Zapier, Airtable, Make, n8n, and Retool.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing complex workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive efficiency and productivity by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions.

Maintaining accurate documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process changes is crucial to this role. A strong focus on fostering long-term relationships with the US team is also essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize project management processes and workflows for US teams.
  • Create automation workflows in various No-Code tools.
  • Analyze data to track, measure, and improve processes.

  • Foster strong, long-term working relationships with the US team.
