Job Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote role as an AI Engineering Lead. As an experienced software engineer with a focus on AI and machine learning, you will architect our future and own the entire AI strategy across our ClinicOS platform.

You will work directly with our leadership team to build AI systems that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision and requires strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning, and has built production applications powered by LLMs. They must be comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks and have experience leading engineering team members.

We are looking for someone who can ship production AI while keeping it simple, reliable, and actually useful.

  • Drive AI adoption across our clinical operating system.
  • Leverage AI to transform our conversion funnel from personalized outreach sequences to AI sales agents that close deals.
  • Be genuinely obsessed with data - it should be your default way of thinking.
Key Requirements
  • Ambitious AI engineering leader with 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python.
  • Experience leading engineering team members.
  • Comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to drive AI adoption and leverage AI to transform business processes.
