Finance Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead the development of an AI-powered financial ecosystem. This revolutionary system will enable educational institutions to transcend traditional financial structures and establish themselves as visionary pioneers in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of integrated financial reporting, strategic design decisions, and expert knowledge of US GAAP. They will also have extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms, preferably in multi-entity organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem to support rapidly scaling educational ventures
  • Author strategic Design Decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
  • Provide expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
  • Engage in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence
  • Orchestrate seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

Requirements:

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
