Job Description

This is a leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and vision to drive architectural decisions, optimize systems, and lead scalable, secure solutions across multiple fronts.

You will be working closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to align business goals with technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the technical architecture for our AI agent platform, ensuring it is robust, efficient, and secure.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, providing hands-on training and feedback to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Hands-On Development
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.
  • Code and implement solutions with N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Manage deployments with Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Optimize Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance tuning.
  • Implement secure local and remote deployments with Cloudflare instance management.
Security & Networking
  • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Contribute to enterprise-grade security discussions as the company scales, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Work on multiple projects balancing system optimization with new feature rollout, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Use Git versioning and project management tools for clean workflows, visibility, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven AI automation and workflow orchestration expertise, with experience in N8N, JSON, vector stores, and databases.
  • Advanced experience with Next.js 14+, Node.js, JSON, Axios API, and other modern web technologies.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development, and cloud computing.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances, with a preference for Cloudflare.
  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices, including Agile methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience, with knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI agent frameworks, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
