Job Title: Product Leadership and Consumer Lending Expert

Job Summary:
  • This role is responsible for overseeing the development of consumer loan products through strategic campaigns and ensuring compliance with regulatory and credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develops and maintains comprehensive product program manuals covering all aspects of each product or service, including market environment, competition, target market, pricing, distribution, resource requirements, commercialization, marketing, and promotions.
  2. Provides in-depth market research and competitive analysis to evaluate the comprehensiveness, competitiveness, and marketability of consumer loan product offerings.
  3. Serves as overall manager of online platforms and digital communications, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  4. Leverages data insights to lead nurturing functions, including pre-screening, recommendation for approval, and completion of loan documents.
  5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to craft targeted campaigns and promotions that drive sales and product take-up.
  6. Prepares campaign profitability analyses versus promotional spends.
  7. Promotes test programs to assess current market trends and improve consumer loan portfolio performance.
  8. Maintains leads management derived from online sources and supervises campaign execution, monitoring daily metrics against key performance indicators (KPIs) and making recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develops and proposes new product offerings attuned to evolving market needs, ensuring successful marketability and adoption.
  10. Cooordinates with regulatory and compliance teams to address policy-related matters.
  11. Ensures timely resolution of internal and external audit findings, preparing supporting data for regulatory reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in developing and managing consumer loan products and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills in market research, product profitability, and performance metrics.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of banking regulations, credit policies, and compliance coordination.
