Human Resources Associate We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Associate to support our day-to-day human resources functions. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR areas, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, records management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding logistics
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
  • Support planning and execution of engagement activities, employee events, and culture-building initiatives
  • Gather employee feedback and assist in implementing programs that promote a positive work environment
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Help with timekeeping and attendance tracking, including coordination with payroll and benefits
  • Audit onboarding pre-employment requirements including pre-employment medical exams and maintain 201 files
  • Draft HR letters, memos, and announcements
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or MS Office
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • A proactive, reliable, and people-first attitude
