We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Quadsys, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across the Mandaluyong-Pasig to Tarlac region. You will need to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events. A valid driver's license is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales or sales engineering roles, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

We offer a competitive salary range of ₱250,000 - ₱350,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
