Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our product innovation and development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for product innovation and development, analyzing market trends and consumer insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and evaluating and ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with food suppliers, commissaries, and production facilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
