Job Title: Architect with Revit and 3Ds Max Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

  • Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
  • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit.
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
