Senior Internal Auditor Role

Position: Senior Internal Auditor

Work setup & shift: Work From Home | Night shift

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document and analyze audit evidence to support findings and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Prepare clear, accurate audit workpapers and reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay current on business operations, IT, and industry standards to remain knowledgeable and proactive in audit activities.
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
RequirementsNon-negotiables
  • 2-4 years of audit experience in public accounting or internal audit in a US-listed public company.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • CPA certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) and SOX compliance is essential.
  • Experience auditing key business processes such as revenue recognition, procure-to-pay, and financial statement close.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently with high integrity and accountability is crucial.
