Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented digital marketing specialist to support our marketing efforts in managing and executing online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Management:
    • Schedule and publish approved content on social media platforms using business management tools.
    • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
    • Engage with target audiences through comments, likes, and direct interactions.
    • Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Deploy email campaigns via automation software to segmented customer and lead lists.
    • Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
    • Monitor campaign performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content Deployment & Organization:
    • Coordinate with the internal team to receive approved copy and graphics.
    • Upload, schedule, and quality-check content prior to publishing.
    • Keep marketing assets organized in cloud-based systems.
  • Marketing Automation & Advertising Support:
    • Assist with setting up workflows for social and email automations.
    • Support integration of platforms to improve efficiency in campaign execution.
    • Provide assistance in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns and report on performance metrics.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Communicate progress on all assigned tasks regularly.
  • Report on completed posts, audience engagement, list updates, and ad performance.
  • Flag issues, delays, or required clarifications to the marketing lead via communication channels.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to support campaign planning and execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software, social media management tools, and content creation applications.
  • Experience with paid ads on social media platforms preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
