Digital Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, producing engaging content, and assisting with e-commerce website management on Shopify.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, basic coding knowledge, and experience with digital marketing tools. They will also possess excellent written communication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and creating email ads in Klaviyo to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Planning, scheduling, and sending out targeted email campaigns.
  • Managing social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and growing brand presence.
  • Creating compelling graphics and marketing assets for email, social media, and the website.
  • Developing and curating content that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
  • Performing basic website coding and updates to manage the backend of the Shopify store.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Klaviyo email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website editing.
  • Experience managing Shopify websites.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
