This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of software systems and applications in the production environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in production support, software support, or IT operations, with a focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution in a production environment.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and experience with database troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, IT operations, QA, and infrastructure teams, to ensure a coordinated response to production issues.
