- Providing technical assistance with all aspects of our services, including troubleshooting and resolution of incidents;
- Delivering support services via ticketing system and chat;
- Maintaining the highest level of professionalism in communication with clients;
- Ensuring prompt escalation and coordination of monitored events or incidents.
