Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to assess and improve the creative quality of our customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review creative output to ensure it meets clients' quality control standards.
  • Efficiently scrutinize customers' requests to guarantee adherence to Design Pickle's quality control standards.
  • Review an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift, maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations to enhance our quality outputs.
  • Provide well-founded feedback on technical reviews and design works.

Ideal Profile:

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks, with expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Attention to detail ensures precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with creatives.
