Job Overview

Lead a team of creative professionals to develop innovative advertising solutions.

This role involves managing a group of video editors, creating and editing ad content, and ensuring all creatives are optimized for performance across Meta platforms.

As the main point of contact, you will be responsible for smooth communication and execution with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of three video editors to deliver high-quality ad creatives
  • Develop creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads tailored to direct-to-consumer (DTC) physical products
  • Oversee user-generated content (UGC) creation, scripting, editing, and testing at a fast pace
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, hook/hold rates, CVR) to inform creative decisions
  • Serve as the primary communication bridge with stakeholders
  • Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proven experience managing a creative team
  • Strong video editing skills (hands-on proficiency)
  • Track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization
  • Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (FB/IG)
