Performance Graphic Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative teams in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for designers with a passion for creating high-converting ad creatives and driving commercial results.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma and have a strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.

As a Performance Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Art Director and internal design team to create high-performing ad assets that meet client expectations. You'll also collaborate with clients directly to deliver exceptional results and support broader brand initiatives.

This role is perfect for designers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident in managing client relationships and taking initiative. Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
