Time and Absence Consultant Job Description

This is a highly skilled role that requires expertise in time tracking and absence management.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday Payroll product suite, particularly with Absence & Time Tracking. They should be able to lead deployment teams, configure Workday solutions, and provide support for integration testing and updates.

We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate with clients, manage timelines, and achieve project goals. They should also be able to learn technology quickly and work well under pressure.

  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with a focus on Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead deployment teams, configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop maintainable solutions, providing support for integration testing and updates.
  • Foster the development of other consultants by sharing expertise.
  • Serve as a professional role model, mentoring new consultants and coaching others on product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification.
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a software company.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously.
