Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to manage our ad creative production pipeline. This person will oversee the production process from concept to media buyer handoff, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality or velocity.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing coordination/project management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under demanding timelines. They will be responsible for maintaining organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation, as well as managing creator relationships end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ad creative production pipeline, from concept to media buyer handoff.
  • Track production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct meticulous quality control on all creative assets.
  • Maintain organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation.
  • Manage creator relationships end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • Highly energized by a top 0.01%-intensity startup environment.
  • 3 - 5 years in marketing coordination/project management at a CPG or wellness brand.
  • Proven record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop.
  • Experience with Linear (an agile product management system) and agile methodology is a plus.
  • Basic analytics skills and familiarity with key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and experience with Linear (or similar PM tools).
  • Availability during USA working hours.
