We are seeking a seasoned Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing automation workflows that leverage AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Design: Translate business needs into clear automation specifications and workflow logic.
  • Automation Development: Build robust automation workflows using tools like n8n or Power Platform as the orchestration layer.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts for generative AI use cases, including summarization, data transformation, structuring, and decision logic.
  • API Integration: Integrate APIs, webhooks, and LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into end-to-end automation solutions.
  • Business Automation: Automate business operations using Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and Power Platform tools.
  • Testing and Documentation: Lead testing, documentation, and iterative improvement of workflows.
  • Methodology and Collaboration: Contribute to team methodology and best practices in intelligent automation delivery, collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams.
