Job Title: Architect Ant

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect Virtual Assistant to provide remote drafting, design, and project coordination support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details in Revit software.
  • Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings using Enscape or similar rendering tools.
  • Prepare and update permit drawings in compliance with US building standards.
  • Work exclusively in imperial units for all drawings and documentation.
  • Contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
  • Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and version control.

Project Coordination Tasks:
  • Assist in zoning/code analysis and compile documentation for permitting, bids, or client submissions.
  • Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with team members via online collaboration platforms.
  • Track project deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines.

Administrative Duties:
  • Organize and maintain project files, templates, and cloud-based folders.
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Conduct research on codes, products, and design references.

Communication & Client Support:
  • Prepare and send project updates to internal teams or clients.
  • Support in responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Integrate client feedback into design and documentation workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software.
  • Understanding of architectural drawing standards in the US, including imperial measurements.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts building codes and zoning regulations is beneficial.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural drawings with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken English for reading project documents and coordinating with the team.
