Job Description:
Merchant Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Merchant Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our e-commerce clients receive exceptional service and support.

The Role:

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective resolution to their issues, questions, and concerns. Your expertise will be essential in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional support to clients via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions or escalate when necessary
  • Become a product expert to answer questions quickly and accurately
  • Manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
  • Ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams on escalated or complex issues
  • Identify trends in support issues and share insights with product, tech, and ops

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in merchant support, customer support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to think on your feet and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or BI platforms is a plus
