At RingCentral, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers. You will quarterback internal and external initiatives, develop strong customer relationships, and serve as a trusted partner to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have 1+ years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience, as well as at least 2 years of related experience in a Customer Service, Technical Support position and at least 1 year experience in Sales catering to B2B accounts.

You'll also need to possess a proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals. Additionally, you should have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness.
