About the Inside Revenue Growth Manager Role...

This role is part of the Revenue Growth team. You will sell an add-on product designed to enhance customer experience and increase the lifetime value of existing SiteMinder clients.

The add-on product is:

  • Dynamic Revenue Plus—a smart solution to optimize hotel pricing and improve revenue management strategies.

You will build awareness of this product among hoteliers, demonstrate its performance and benefits, and manage a sales funnel by contacting customers from an opportunity list, articulating the value proposition effectively.

What You'll Do…
  • Reach out to existing customers, identify upgrade opportunities, showcase our add-on solutions, and increase revenue.

  • Manage the full sales pipeline—from introducing and demonstrating the products to activating and guiding customers on how to use them.

  • Become a subject matter expert on Dynamic Revenue Plus.

What You Have…
  • Experience selling data analytics/BI solutions or working in revenue management.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Proactive attitude—able to manage a sales pipeline, maintain activity levels, and meet individual targets.

  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively.
