Experienced Financial Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee various financial tasks, including payroll processing, accounts payable management, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GAAP principles and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll accurately and submit taxes on time.
- Perform regular account reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
- Manage accounts payable activities, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping within QuickBooks Online.
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and ability to interpret and apply accounting policies and regulations.
- Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
