About the Position

As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their financial and technical needs, and providing tailored solutions to address these pain points.

You will engage in consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and position value-driven solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in regular outreach efforts to establish rapport with potential clients and introduce them to our range of financial and technical services.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client businesses to understand their financial situations, goals, and pain points.
  • Develop and present personalized solutions that address client needs, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and technical expertise.
  • Clearly communicate complex financial concepts in a straightforward, client-friendly manner, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the financial or SaaS sectors, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional consultative and relationship-building skills, enabling you to identify client needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively articulate complex financial concepts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of financial principles, including revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
  • Broad familiarity with technical solutions, such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus but not essential.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven individual with a solid business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling financial services or SaaS/technology solutions.
  • Background in customer support and sales, complemented by sales expertise.
  • Proven sales skills, including innovative thinking and team collaboration.
  • Recognition or awards for high performance in previous roles.
