Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Process invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and service centers
- Manage the financial operations inbox, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues
- Monitor and maintain financial systems, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal disruptions
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and variances
- Reconcile vendor statements and provide timely reports for financial review
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure alignment and support
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial operations, with some exposure to coordinating or supporting junior staff preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and financial software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience in a multi-client or high-volume environment is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
