Project Coordinator Role

This is a remote opportunity to oversee project coordination tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects within specified scope.

  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes, utilizing tools like Loom and Google Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai.
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • Conduct data entry, file management, and document organization tasks.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is required.
  • Interacting with doctors or having exposure to the medical field is necessary.
  • Experience handling clinical trials, medical publishers, and conference meetings is beneficial.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 9 AM to 6 PM EDT, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
