Job Description

This role involves working closely with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process and communication excellence.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and client-facing teams to deliver projects efficiently. This includes collaborating on project goals, timelines, and task prioritization, as well as serving as a liaison between these teams.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for managing projects in project management tools, including setting up and managing tasks, allocating work to team members, and keeping task lists organized and updated.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Wrike or Teamwork
  • Understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Experienced in interpreting and enhancing technical briefs
  • Comfortable reviewing development estimates and preparing work for client deployment
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
