Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Presence Manager to oversee the upkeep and enhancement of our digital footprint. This role combines technical expertise with creative vision, focusing on blog management and updating, website performance, and user experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Website Management:
    • Oversight and maintenance of websites ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
    • Design and implementation of blog layouts and templates using Elementor and/or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
  • SEO & Discoverability:
    • Implementation and optimization of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
    • Optimization of site speed and mobile responsiveness, as well as cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Content Publishing:
    • Management and coordination of timely posting of content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
    • Troubleshooting of site and hosting issues in a timely manner, as well as domain configurations and file management.
  • Content Strategy:
    • Collaboration with marketing and content teams to align web content with campaigns and business objectives.
  • Accessibility Compliance:
    • Ensuring websites meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), conducting audits and implementing improvements.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Regular reporting on website performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Leadership and support of web-related projects including design updates, new page creation, and UX enhancements.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • Establishment and enforcement of processes for managing outdated content, ensuring consistency and quality across all web assets.
  • Integration Management:
    • Management and maintenance of integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, analytics, marketing platforms).
  • Additional Support:
    • Security management best practices, performance optimization, version control, change management, backup, and recovery plans.
    • Staying current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web strategy and execution.
    Qualifications
    • 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in CMS platforms WordPress and Elementor, SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and hosting platforms (e.g., SiteGround).
    • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance.
    • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring thoughtful and effective solutions.
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic web development.
    • Excellent project management and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
