  • Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content accordingly.\
  • Managing community engagement and responding to comments and direct messages.\
  • Staying up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes.\
  • Working closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams.\
  • Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.\
  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software.\
  • A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.\
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.\
