We are seeking a skilled online presence manager to support our executive team.

This role will focus on monitoring and managing online comments, generating positive reviews, and handling high-priority tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in online reputation management, social listening, or digital community engagement
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and discretion in sensitive matters
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media and app store platforms

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring Reddit threads and responding appropriately to protect and enhance brand reputation
  2. Developing strategies to counter inaccurate or negative posts/comments
  3. Generating and coordinating positive app store reviews through legitimate channels
  4. Tracking and reporting on online sentiment and reputation metrics
  5. Providing ad hoc administrative support, including scheduling, research, and project coordination
  6. Serving as a point person for urgent, high-visibility brand issues
