Job Overview

The IT Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business success by spearheading the delivery of high-quality IT services. Their focus lies in ensuring timely project completion while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic IT initiatives, roadmaps, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Bolster and lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, performance management, and hiring support.
  • Oversee incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities to minimize Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR) and drive process improvement.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, guaranteeing scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Design and implement automation solutions, scripting, and task orchestration using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
  • Maintain and develop documentation, diagrams, and knowledge base articles for seamless knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and programming languages.
