Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to define the product vision and strategy. Ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Achieving this requires a deep understanding of our customers, their needs, and market trends. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-quality functionality that meets business goals
  • Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and manage expectations
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand priorities and goals for each sprint

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile environment
  • Proven ability to develop and build effective partnerships and relationships, collaborating and influencing across multiple levels within the organization
  • Solid understanding of SCRUM methodology and agile principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
